How long will it take for your 3D prints to arrive?
It should take a estimated time of 7 days to arrive depending on the carrier and how long it takes to print.
How much does delivery cost for the 3D prints?
Delivery is free to the USA, Canada and UK. Please contact us if shipping outside these countries as additional costs may apply.
How do I convert my file to the STL, OBJ or STEP/STP format?
You can convert your file format using a free online converter such as anyconv.com to convert to STL.
Will you be able to track your order?
Yes, we will simply send you a email with a link to the tracking details so you can track your order at every step.
How will your 3D CAD designs be delivered?
We will deliver worldwide for free by sending you the 3D designs in your chosen file format through email.
How long will it take for your 3D CAD designs to be made and sent?
It will be sent to you within 5 Days with unlimited revisions to get your desired 3D design.
Refunds
Can you get a refund for a mistake checkout?
Yes, if you checkout by mistake or you select the wrong files, you can contact us and get a refund within 4 hours of purchase.
Do we accept returns for 3D prints?
No, but we can send you photos before shipping in case you need slight revisions. If it had been damaged during handling, we may be eligible to offer a return.
What if your 3D CAD is not printable?
We will try to fix all the errors with your files and make sure its optimized for 3D printing. Also we’ll contact you if any changes need to be made, for example more supports, and send you a picture of what it will look like. If it can’t be made or we’re out of stock in a certain material or colour, we’ll refund your money.
Can you get a refund if the 3D designs and prints doesn’t match my requirements?
Yes, you will be eligible for a refund if the 3D designs or prints do not match your requirements.
